Sorry I don't have any pics of these without them installed, but basically they are the same thing that Jeep sales at the dealer.  I made them out of 6x6 angle iron that was 3/8" thick.  I simply cut them into the shape of the ones you can buy then welded a gusset onto the leg that hangs down for the hook to bolt onto.  Then match it up to the frame rail and mark your holes and drill them out.  Then all that is left is to install them.  Later on after this pic I then welded my new bumper to these so that when I get a winch I would be good and secure.  I also believe this help strengthen the front of the XJ up in the frame for those nasty side pulls where you can hear the whole XJ creak and moan before it comes out of the hole.
